This policy is prepared in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable healthcare regulations, and reflects the confidentiality obligations that govern medical practice in India.

Information you provide directly

  • Contact details — name, phone number, email address and postal address when you book an appointment, subscribe to our newsletter, apply for a job or contact us.
  • Appointment details — preferred department, preferred date and any notes about symptoms you choose to share through our appointment form.
  • Career applications — qualifications, experience and resume details submitted through our careers page or by email.
  • Feedback — testimonials, reviews or grievances you share with us.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through cookies and analytics tools (see Section 6).

Information collected at the hospital

  • Medical records — clinical information created during registration, consultation, diagnostics, admission and treatment is collected and maintained at the hospital under applicable medical-records regulations. This website itself does not display or store your medical records.

3. How we use your information

  • To schedule, confirm and manage appointments and admissions.
  • To respond to enquiries, feedback and grievances.
  • To provide treatment, diagnostics and follow-up care.
  • To process insurance, TPA and Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) claims with your consent.
  • To send appointment reminders, reports and service updates via phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
  • To send health tips and newsletters only if you subscribe, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
  • To improve our website, services and patient experience.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory and accreditation requirements.

4. Medical information & confidentiality

Your medical information is held in strict confidence in accordance with the Indian Medical Council's professional-conduct regulations and applicable law. Access is limited to the treating team and authorised staff on a need-to-know basis. We disclose medical information only:

  • with your (or your authorised representative's) consent;
  • to insurers/TPAs/government schemes for claims you initiate;
  • where required by law, court order or public-health regulations (for example, notifiable diseases); or
  • in a medical emergency, to protect your life or health.

5. Appointments & communications

Information submitted through the appointment form is used solely to contact you and arrange your visit. Submitting the form does not create a confirmed appointment or a doctor–patient relationship; our team will call you to confirm. Please do not use website forms for emergencies — call our 24×7 emergency number instead.

6. Cookies & analytics

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and understand how visitors use the site. Where enabled, we use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that collect aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; the website will continue to function, though some features may be limited.

Embedded services such as Google Maps and social-media links may set their own cookies, governed by the privacy policies of those providers.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; where we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will act in accordance with applicable law.

9. Data retention

Website enquiries and appointment requests are retained only as long as needed for the purpose collected. Medical records are retained for the minimum periods prescribed by applicable regulations, after which they are securely disposed of.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • request access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • withdraw consent for non-essential communications (e.g., newsletters) at any time;
  • request deletion of personal data where retention is not required by law; and
  • raise a grievance about how your data is handled.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We may verify your identity before acting on a request. Copies of medical records are provided to patients or authorised representatives as per medical-records regulations.

11. Children's privacy

Health information about minors is collected only from parents or legal guardians, who exercise the rights described above on the child's behalf. Our website is not designed to collect information directly from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
