3. Appointment disclaimer

  • Submitting an appointment request through this website does not constitute a confirmed appointment. Appointments are confirmed only when our staff contacts you.
  • Appointment slots are subject to doctor availability and may be rescheduled due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances; we will inform you of changes as early as possible.
  • Online forms must not be used for medical emergencies. In an emergency, call our 24×7 emergency number +91-98-7000-1122 or visit the casualty immediately.

8. Cancellation & rescheduling policy

  • To cancel or reschedule an OPD appointment, please inform us by phone or WhatsApp at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Planned admissions, procedures and diagnostic bookings may be rescheduled without charge with prior notice. Where an advance has been paid and the booking is cancelled by you, refunds (if any) are processed as per the receipt terms communicated at the time of booking.
  • If a doctor becomes unavailable, we will offer the earliest alternative slot or a full refund of any advance paid for that consultation.

9. Charges & payments

Tariffs for consultations, packages, procedures and rooms are available at our reception and are subject to revision. Estimates provided before treatment are indicative; final bills depend on the actual care delivered. Insurance and PM-JAY claims are subject to the approval of the respective insurer, TPA or scheme authority.

10. User conduct

When submitting information through forms (appointments, careers, feedback), you agree to provide accurate information and not to upload unlawful, defamatory or infringing content. We may decline or delete submissions that violate these terms.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hapur, Uttar Pradesh.
